Hello, my name is Edward and I will tell you about Gyeongbokgung Palace's histroy.

Gyeongbokgung palace was the nice place I have ever been.

But there are many sad histories. It was destroyed during the Japanese invasion in 1592.

I searched a story about why the Geoungbokgung palace was destroyed. During the Japanese invasion the Josun's king was Sunjo and he went to north to escape from a war.

So the people who lived in Josun was angry for Sunjo so they burnt the Gyeongbokgung palace.

After that Heungsundaewongun rebuilt that after the Japanese invasion but there was Japanese occupation after that.

It is sad for our ancestors that there was no nation. And Japan built their government in front of Genjungjun.

(Before: there was a government building)    (After: there is no government building)

¡è there was Japanese flag in GeungJungJun)

And I will tell you about Gyeongbokgung's interesting building.

I think the interesting building is Sajeongjun because it was king's daily! officer.

I can think that how the kings were sleepy.

And it is interesting that there is no chimpney in Sajungjun so in the winter the king went to

Cheonchujeon and Manchunjeon.(And there was chimpney)

And I am now expecting for tomorrow's topic Unhyeongung!

And I think it will be more interesting tomorrow!

Thank you for listening for my essay.
