Today, I went to Unhyeongung Palace, where is not a real palace, but where Heungsun Daewongun, King Gojong's father and his family lived. The most interesting thing in Unheongung Palace was the Noandang and Norakdang. Noandang was the »ç¶ûä, which was a place where mens live, so that includes Heungsun Daewungun, King Gojong, and other man families. Norakdang was the ¾Èä, where womens lived, including Daewungun's wife, Empress Myeongsung, and other woman families. Norakdang is also a place where Empress Myeongsung married King Gojong. When I saw these two bulidings, what most surprised me was there was seperated buildings, I just thought they were same bulidings with different names.
