'Welcome to Seoul Musuem of History'

Today, I went to the 'Seoul Museum of History'. And I want to explain about it.

Firstly, the palaces, There are 5main palaces in Seoul. 'The Gyeongbokgung, Gyeonghuigung, Gyeongungung, Changdeokgung, Changgyeonggung' The Hyeongbokgung palace is the main palace all of these five. It is the center of the five palaces. There are each two palaces in the east, and the west. The east palaces are called the 'Dong-gure' palace, and the west palace are called the 'Su-gur' palaces. The east palaces are the Changdeokgung, and the Changgyeonggung, they are in the east of the Gyeongbokgung. The west palaces are the Gyeonghuigung, and the Gyeongungung.

And so on, threr is the main gate heading to the palace, called Gwanghwamun. The street leaded to this, is called the six minitires street, this street is where government officials came to work and it was the way to reach Gyeongbokgung,

There is an street which is important as the six minitries street. It is called the Unjonggga street. In that street, there were linscened stores lining up to sell materials to people These stores were the heart of the city's trading work. The stores are called, speacifically 'Sijeon's. And there were middle mans called yeoriggun stood outside to introduce customers to the stores.

Thirdly to introduce si about Hanyeon people's life. About the birth, when a mother had a baby borned, she thought it positivetly, and behaved more properly to show a good shape of an mother. They also hanged out vegatables that was different as it was a girl, or a boy. And also, when a baby was born, it came out hanging a umbilical cord, and these were preserved by being buried in a small pot. And about the marrige. A wedding was the ritual in which people as adults were entitled to have a family, and wa also meant spouses for people.Hanyang and Joseon dynasty people carried their 'Hopae' And Hopae, the identification card shows out your name, your birthday, and the day when you recieved it.

The main relics that people think it is the best it the Ja-gyeong-nu and the Ag-gue-ill-bue. It is the water clock and the sun clock. Many best made relics are fromthe time of the King Sa-jeong.

The Joseon's King sequence is Tae-Jung-Tae-Sae-Mun-Dan-Sae-Yae-Jung-Yun-Jung-In-Myeong-Sun-Ghweong-In-Hwoe-Yun-Suk-Kyeong-Yeong-Jung-Sun-Hun-Chull-Goe-Shune.

King Tae-jo Lee Sung gae, is the maker of the Joseon.

This is the facts about Joseon dnasty, and about the facts in the Seoul Museum of History.

I am most interested in the part of the street stories. I just have been thinking that the path to the palace, was not speacial and I thought there was nothing to know about it. But, compared to my thought, the street to the palace was speacial, and there were facts to know about it. And as I mentioned, I said I was very intereted in the street stories. That was because I like getting around in streets and picking out materials to shop. And I also once went to Unjongga, so I thought, Unjongga in now was not that traditional looking. I after this class about the Seoul Museum of History, I found out once more that Unjongga was a very speacial and important place from Joseon dynasty.

And lastly, I want to talk about how I felt about this Museum. I think the Museum, had a good service and guides. There were Earphones, and there were also English Version of introuducing each exhibited materials. The class explaining about new things I didn't know, was really fun.

I hope I can enjoy it again when I go to the Seoul Museum of History with my friends or family. And also I hope I can explain to them in English too!

Anyway, I had a great expririence visitng the Seoul Museum of History.

-The End-
