In the 5th century, Goguryeo was a powerful nation in Asia. Sui China attacked Goguryeo with million soldiers but Goguryeo defeated them. The Sui Emperor was sd angry, he sent another army df 300000 men and attcked Goguryeo's capital.The army lead by a famous general ¿ìÁß¹®. He planned a brilliant strategy. Euljimundeok did not fight hard with Sui army on porpose. This made Sui army tired. When thay ran out of food and finally decided ti retreat. the Sui army reached the Salsu river, Euljimundeok opened the dam so most drowned and only only 2700 Sui soldiers survived. Because od this war, Sui has fallen. 
This is one of greatest victories in Korean war history. I think Euljimundeok used a wise and great strategy becaus they killed a lot of Sui army, leaving omly 2700 men.
