Hello, my name is Gee Yoon Kang. Today I'll talk about Sungkyunkwan.

 Today I learned about Joseon Dynasty education. There were students who studied for free at Sungkyunkwan because they are smart. That students are called Jhinsa. They have to get through the final test to do Civil service exam. The students get one point twice a day. But to do Civil service exam they need 300points.

 The students lived at Dongjae and Seojae. In one room there were many students living together. The students woke up at 6 AM. Ithas a drum holding odn a celling. It is same as our school bell now days. There are three diffrent ways to sound the drum. If the drum sounds one times it means itis time to  wake up. And when the drum sounds two times, it means they have to read books and study. If the drum sounds three times it means it is time to eat. They only ate to times a day. Even the king only ate two times a day. They ate there foods at Jinsa-sikdang.

 The students did not only study. They learned 6basic ultural studies to protect the world. They learned things such as manners,music,archery, horse-riding, writting, geometry and math. And they did these kind of things at Yukilgak.

 I liked that at Jeoson dynasty  the education was good enough to make lots of important person. Now days it became Sungkyunkwan university. I also think the usiversity has a good education too! I wish I can go one more time with my family. It was fun but hard time. Because it was too hot!
