Because its design is shiny and seems expensive. Actually it is existing only one in the hole world.

Originally, it was baekje¡¯s incense burner baekje.

But It was assumed by people that it made for king.

Although our ancesters used this to confound evil ghost.

Normal incense burner was just 20cm tall.

But the great gilt bronze incense burner is 61.8cm tall.

And this incense burner divide into 4 part.

The phoenix the decoration on the incense burner simboize sky.

And under that decoration, there is cap and this cap decorate many MT.

And in that MT decoration, there is many people and animals.

This cap shows us the life of baekje people.

And under this cap, there is another cap.

And it design with the many there is a fish and lotus.

The support part of this incense burner made of shape of dragon.

The dragon shape symbolize the sea.

If combine this part of the burner.

It may symbolize the earth.

So, I think that this burner is one of the fanciest one in our heritage.

Plus, we can realize through this burner how tech of create in baekje are developed.
