Hi, I am Irene. Today I visited the National Museum of Korea. We learned about the history of our country from Ice Age to the Three Kingdoms. One of the most interesting things that I learned is the comb-pattern pottery. The comb-pattern pottery of the Neolithic period was used to store food and to cook. I don¡¯t know how they thought to make the pottery using soil, water and fire. I think the one who first made it had a wide imagination. The second is the dolmens. The dolmens of the bronze age very cool too. It was the tombs of the leaders and the power of the tribe was shown by the size of the dolmen. The stones were very huge and heavy so hundreds of people were mobilized to make it. I¡¯m very proud to say, most of the dolmens are found in Korea. I imagined myself in a dolmen. I think I will be scared because I am alone, lonely.

I wasn¡¯t able to look around all of the things in the National Museum. If I have a time, I want to see the things that I didn¡¯t see and know more about it.
