Joseon are founded by 이성계. For 200 years, Joseon was peaceful. So country's officials didn't see evacuation outside the country and they didn't care about national defense. Also 양반 and officials ran away, too. People was so angry, but they fighted against Japen for country. And Japanese navy was lost by 이순신's navy such as 한산도 battle,명량 battle and 노량 battle. Also 의병 winned such as 진주성 battle and 행주 battle.
