Today I am going to talk about the Unhyeongung and the Namsan Hanok village. 

First, the Unhyeongung is where Henson Daewongun and his son King Gojong lived. In the place I was most interested in the Ondol. The is a Korean traditional way heap up the room. They used the Ondol in the winter to survive the cold. To heat up the Ondol, you have to make a fire in the fire hole.  Then the smoke heats up the Ondol and the room slowly gets warm. And in the summer they hanged their doors on a Gulsue to let the air go in and out. 

Second, I want to explain about the Yun Taegyung's house in the Hanok village. There two special things about this house. The first thing is that this house is shaped like the Chinese character êª. And the second thing is that in that in this house, sarangchae and the anchae is connected to each other. Inside the sarangchae, there is something called the bamboo wife. The men use the bamboo wife to cool themselves in the hot summer. Also at  his house there was a family shrine. And one fact about this Shrine was that it was built before the other buildings.
