Today I went to the Seoul Museum of history. In the museum I learned about the Joseon Dynasty. I was especially interested on the chest patch on the Noble mans clothes. There were cranes for the civil services, Tigers for the military soldiers, and the dragon for the king in the crown prince. The more cranes they had on their patch, the higher civil services they were. Also in the Joseon dynasty the men how to wear a Hopae. The Hopae was used to entering the the main city. If they don't have the Hopae, then they couldn't go in the main city. It was a great chance to learn about the Joseon dynasty. |
