Heiio, My name is Emily. I think Changgyeonggung is best place for visit  in 5 palace in Seoul. 

First, Changgyeonggung's color is colored from Dancheong. Dancheong is Korea' s traditional color. 

It is red, black,green, white, and yellow. Red represents  fire. Black represents  water. Green

represents tree or wood. White represents for metal. Yellow represents for earth. These five colors

represents the five elements which make up the universe. 

Second, Changgyeonggung's roof was decorated by Japsang. Japsang are the small figures that are

found on the roof. People belived that they had a great power and protected the building from fire.

The chracter's of  Japsang are chracter of "Journey to the west." It was Buddist monk, monkey, pig, and the imaginary water ghost.
