Today I visited Gyeongbokgung Palace.  I have been there several times.

I thought Gyeongbokgung Palace was very beautiful in Spring, Summer and Fall except Winter.

But I changed my mind today.

When I visited to there today, I felt Gyeongbokgung Palace was beautiful and colorful.

Especially Dancheong makes Gyeongbokgung  beautiful and colorful.

 Dancheong is based on 5 basic clolors.  It is blue, white, red, black and yellow.

: blue (east), white (west), red(south), black(north), and yellow (center)

 Dancheong  has various symbolic meaning.

REd means fire, blus maens tree, yellow means earth, black means water and white means metal.

Dancheong also represented the social status and rank by using various patterns and colors.

Today I was very happy to know about Gyeonghoeru's nickname.

It is a large pavilion for resting and hosting parties.

This is the official party place.

Gyeonghoeru's nickname is Èïû¸Áû, because King Yunsangun had party every day in Gyeonghoeru.

I hope many world people  visit beautiful   Gyeongbokgung Palace.
