Today I went to Namsan Hanok Village. It was really fun there.

There were 3types of houses in Joseon Dynasty.

First, Palace is where royal family lived. Palace has more than 99Kans.

Second, tiled-roof houses were where noblemans lived. It was divided into Anchae and Sarangchae.

Third, thatched-roof houses roof was made out of straws. It is warm in winter, cool in summer. Normal people and lower-class people lived there.

Lastly, Kim-Chunyeong was the head of the royal guards. He wasn't that rich, but he wasn't a common people because he was the head of the royal guards. His house has rooms for father and sun, Sarangchae, and rooms for mother and daughter-in-law in Anchae. There is also kitchen and storage room in Anchae.

I could also find some Jangdokdae.

It was really interesting and I wish more people visit Namsan Hanok Village.
