Hi, my name is Won Jin.
Today, I visited Namsan Hanok village.
I learned 4 different types of Hanok.
First, there is a palace.
The palace is a place where only the king
and the royal family can live.
It is much bigger than other Hanoks, and it
is also more colorful.
Second, there is a tiled roof Hanok.
Noblemen (Yangban) lived in the tiled roof
Hanok.
There are 3 different quarters in this
Hanok: Saranchae (men), Anchae (women) and Haengnagchae (survents) use each
different quarter.
Third, there is a thatched roof Hanok.
In there, middle or low class people lived.
It is made with straw mostly, and it is
simpler than a tiled roof Hanok.
Lastly, there is a Buddhist temple. In Josun daynasty, many people believed Confucianism
so that the buddhist temple were built in the mountains. It is also colorful as the palace.
Thank you for reading~~~
