I went to gyeungbokgung place today it was bulilt in 1395and it distroied once at Japanese invasion and rebuilded in 1868.There are door at each place east,south,north,and west.
First there were a drawing named 일월오봉도 in geunjeongjieon there were moon,sun,pine trees,5mountain and water moon represents queen,sun represents king,pine trees represents civil officers,5mountains represents Korea land and water represents the people
Second we saw gangneonjeon it was king bedroom and he's restroom there were three rooms there because to make assassinaters get complicated and make time to run away.After king gojoung made 9 more rooms after empress Myeongdeong because he was afraid to be assassinated like her.
Third I saw gyotaejeon it was the place queens lived and there were ahmisan garden back there it is there because queans can't go out.The reason quens can't go out is she can be killed and people were very afraid watching her face.
It was very interesting there and I saw many things,saw where queen and kng slept and discused about polotics.It was so impresive amnd I wana go there again. |
