Hello my naame is Jihu and today I went to the changgyeonggung. I wiuld like o talk about the danchong.
First, the dancheong is five different colors that represents the universe. Red represents fire, black represents water. green or blue represents wood, and white represents metal.People believed that these were the matirials that represented the universe. But, I was suprised that there was metal in the cambination because at that time wood and paper was used a lit more thourlly at the time. the dancheong wasn't only used in the cheonggyeonggung, but also used in other palaces. In consclusion I think that the dancheong is a combination of colors that ate representing our country. Thank you for listening
