Great presentation, picks out details of Sungkyungkwan that not many students talk about, like the cultural symbols of the trees. There are very few mistakes, and for the case of caution, I would just point out the two most important ones:

 Focus on the consistence of singular and plural (that is, talking about one thing or multiple things), try to not mix the grammar forms

Also, take care about the form of the words when using past tense.
