Have you ever visit to Sungkwunkwan? Today, I was visit to Sungkwunkwan, and I will explain about Daeseongjeon, Samgangoryun tree, and Jinsa-sikdang.

  Sungkwunkwan is the best education institution of Joseon. There is a Daeseongjeon. Daeseongjeon is a shrine to keep a spirit tablet of Confucius.  Spirit tablets of Confucius is in the center of Daeseongjeon. Daeseongjeon is the most important shrine, because the main role of shrine is to keep the spirits of Confucian scholars and sages.

  In front of Daeseongjeon, there are Samgangoryun trees. The right tree called Samgang has the three branches. The left tree called oryun has the five branches. Samgang means 'king to people', 'parents to children' and 'husband to wife'.  And the oryun means the same three things with Samgang, and add more two things that 'elders to younger', and 'friends to friends'.

  Jinsa-sikdang was a place that are used by students restaurant. If they ate meals two times a day, they got a point. In case, they got a three hundred point, they are able to take a civil offical test.

  In conclusioin, I was very interesting about many things in Sungkwunkwan, and I think it is nice and wonderful that Joseon people made it. If I have a chance, I will go to the Sungkwunkwan one more in next time. Thank you.
