Today I went to the Gyeongbok palace.

First, Geun-jeong-jeon is the main building of the palace.

It is the Beob-jeon of  Gyeongbok palace.

Many guardian animal statues are on the stairs going up to it.

Sa-jeong-jeon is the private office of the king.

Gang-neong-jeon is the king stayed.

There are no dragon ridges on the roof because dragon ridges are symbol of the king.

And here is the main building in Ne-jeon, the inner palace.

I think dragon ridges are symbol of the king because dragon is brave and has many power.

Ja-geong-jeon is Heung-seon-won-gun built for king's mother, who name cheol-jong.

The hall is famous for its beautiful chimneys and flower wall.

Gyeong-hoe-ru is a large pavilion for resting and hosting parties.

There are 48 stone pillars.

And lost, queen min wife of king GO jong was killed by the japanese here at Gyeongbok palace.

This incident is shock for the joseon peoples, and i feel same with them.

Today I learn many thing so, happy and learn about special things in the Gyeongbok palace.
