Today I went to 'Unhyeon Palace'. Unhyeon Palace was personal house but, it became palace because Gojong became 26th King of Jeosun. Oh!! At Unhyeon Palace Heung-seon-dae-won-gun's family lived. Heung-seon-dae-won-gun's son is Gojung. Now on I'm going to tell you about Sujiksa, Noan dang, Norak dang, and Iro dang.
First, Sujiksa is where guards and servants sleep and rest. When before we go to Noan dant, there has lofty gat. Lofty gate is tall then roof. Why they made tall?, because people who ride the horse can go in.
Second, Noan dang is 사랑채. At there, we can saw 봉사식 ceremony. Kim Jung hee is famous by calligraphy. 'Noan dang' sign board's word style is Kim Jung hee's style.
Third, Norak dang is 안채. Heung-seon-dae-won-gun pass away at 1899 at Norak dang(79years old). Gojong and Queen Min marriage at Norak dang 1866.
Fourth, Iro dang is 안채. After, Gojung and Queen Min marriage, Heung-seon-dae-won-gun's family couldn't go to Norak dang so they made Iro dang again. Iro dang's across there is white building Japan made it to spy Heung-seon-dae-won-gun and Gojung.
Lastly, I'll tell you about Queen Min. Queen Min wanted to open country and tell about Korea but, father in law who Heung-seon-dae-won-gun against about it. At 경북palace Japan murdered Queen Min, because Japan didn't like Queen Min to be close to Russia. It so sad.
I learned very many thing about Gojung and Heung-seon-dae-won-gun's family. Some stories made me fun and some of made me sad. It had good time at Unhyeon Palace. |
