Last week I went to Chang-deok Palace. There are In-jeong-jeon, Seon-jeong-jeon, Hui-jeong-dang, Dae-jo-jeon ect. I'm going to explain about.

In-jeon-jeon is the throne hall, the main hall where formal events such as
coronat ions were held.

Seon-jeong-jeon is the building where the king did most of his daily work.
This is the only building with the more expensive blue-tiled roof. Some important events such as funerals were also held here.

Hui-jeong-dang was the
king’s sleeping chamber.
He also did some work
there.

Dae-jo-jeon was the queen’s residence. In a way, the queen’s residence was more
important than the king’s because she had to stay in it all the time. Therefore, the Daejo-jeon had to be very beautiful. I want to live in 1 year. Not to stay all the time.

Nak-seon-jae is a complex of three buildings built by King
Heon-jong(헌종) in 1847. The buildings include the king’s
living quarters, a villa for his concubine Lady Kim, and a residence for the Queen Mother. The king built them to express his love for art and Lady Kim. Seok-bok-heon was intended for the son that the king hoped to have, but King Heon-jong never had a son. Wow!  Heonjong never had a son!!!!!

I have a great time in this  Chang-deok Palace. Do you want to know more about  Chang-deok Palace? GO!!!
