First, It was Seok zeo jeon. It is western style building. Western style building were only one on Korean palaces. There is foundation in middle of Seok zeo jeon and museum. Joseon people don`t want to build foundation because They love nation. and Water start to fall to river. So we can see the foreigner build it buy Who built it? Japan rulled Korean at short time ago.
