Introduction: Hello, my name is Riley. Today, in 반기문class I learn about Korea's war. I want to introduce about 살수war and 귀주war.
Body: The 살수war was the second war that the Sui China invaded the Goguryeo. In this invasion there is a great admiral 을지문덕. The Sui China had the 113만 soldiers. and Goguryeo had the 1 million soldiers. 을지문덕 did not fight hard with the Sui China army on purpose. This make the Sui China made tired. So Sui China army were retreat. When the Sui China's army were going to cross the 살수river, the water level looked low, but when they're crossed the river 을지문덕 opened the dam. So Sui China's 2,700 soldiers were only survived. This is one of the 3 greatest victories in Korean war history. The 귀주war was the third war that the Khitans(거란) invaded the Goryeo. In this invasion there is the great admiral 강감찬. 강감찬's age was 70, but 강감찬 was fight hard. In 홍화진's east valley, 강감찬 was waiting on this place, and when the Khitan's(거란) army were crossed this river, 강감찬 was burst the river. This war is called 귀주war.
