Have you have any history in your life? Well, Korean has the great history of the Joseon Dynasty. The Joseon’s history has three parts. The war, the kings and confucianism. Each part has interesting symbols.
First, the war Joseon had 1 Great War in its history. It is called the Imjin war. The Koreans never attacked first, but Japan attacked Joseon with a Japanese leader called To-yo-to-mi- Hedaeyoshi. The outside reason was to go to Meong China, but the real reason is to attack Joseon and unify Japan. However, Lee-Sun-Shin, made the turtle ship, which is the first iron plated ship in the world. He made the hexagonal iron plate and attacked it on top of the roof with spires because he knew the attack style of Japan. After To-yo-to-mi- Hedaeyoshi died, the Imjin war was over.
Second, 태조 이성계 Overthrew king Gongmin and established Joseon. He moved the capital to Hanyang, because it was easy to get water and got protection. King Sejong developed the science of Joseon. He ignored the rank and acquired 장영실 to be on 정5품 rank. He made 앙부일구, 자격루 and 측우기 and made Hangul.
Third, confuscianism attacked Joseon greatly 태조 이성계 made the Jong-myeo shrire first, and didn’t allow Buddhism which has the main religion of Goryeo. It is worked by making respect for ancestors because they believed the body was gone to the ground and the Soal because going to the sky.
In conclusion, the Joseon has many great history. The war,Kings, confuscianism played great role of the Joseon dynasty. Therefore, the History of Joseon is great. What do you think is a good history of Joeson ? There are many great history to choose from.
