Today, I went to the Museum of Natural History. There were many things that explained the nature and history. The most interest part was the part of space and Earth and the part of dinosaurs.

I learned about the birth of Earth. First, there were giant clouds and dust. Second, the Big Bang happened. Third, the seas were surrounded by the magma. Fourth, a very big rain came. Fifth, the sea was made. Last, the Earth was made and the creatures were born.

Also, I learned about the solar system. There are 8 planets in the solar system. There are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. The Mercury was the closest to the sun and it was the smallest planet. Earth is the planet where we are living now. It is the only planet that has water and air both. That is why we could live in the Earth. The Jupiter is the biggest planet in the solar system and it has 46~49 moons. The Saturn has a ring that is mad of ice chunks and gas. The Pluto was a planet before but now it is not a planet anymore. It doesn't have the properties to be the planet because the Pluto is so small and cold. Also, the Pluto orbits the sun in the other way than the other planets.

I was interested in the dinosaurs, too. There were 2 kinds of dinosaurs. The two kinds were herbivores and carnivores. The herbivores were plant eating dinosaurs and the carnivores were meat eating dinosaurs. For example, the Stegosaurus were one of the herbivores. The Tyrannosaurus were one of the carnivores. Before I came here, I just thought that the dinosaurs were scary. However, after I learned at the Museum of Natural History, I learned that the dinosaurs are very interesting.
