Today in Mariestory, I went to the Museum of Natural History. There were lots of things I didn't know, but I learned them on the spot.

First we talked about the 8 planets and the Earth's birth. There are total 8 planets now, because Pluto went out of the solar system. So now there is Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. Then, the Earth was formed 4.6 billion years ago. The Universe was formed about 15 billion years ago.
There were 4 eras. First is the Precambrian Era, then the Paleozoic Era, then the Mesozoic Era, and finally, the Cenezoic Era.

There were three kinds of dinosaurs. Dinosaurs who ate meat were called carnivores, dinosaurs who ate plants were called herbivores, and dinosaurs who ate both plants and meat were called omnivores.
