New ranking system         shilla news

yesterday, they make the ranking system. This ranking system name is Golpum. If both parents were of royal blood, it was called seong gol, can became a king. If one parent was of royal blod, it was called jin gol. jin gol is the novels, but later jin gol can be a king, because there is no more seong gol.

one Dupum was the lowest class and six Dupum was the highest class. One Dupum is the common people , and also two Dupum is little bit higher, four to six has a rank, but they can't go high class.

But this system prevented the lower class from rising to higher ranks. If you are vey smart, but you are One Dupum, you can't go to higher rank. so, some elites were dissasitisfied with the Golpum, and also  there are many fight for wanted the high levels.

Ranking system is little bit unfair so I think Golpum have to little bit changing, or Golpum will be bad for shilla. Later, Golpum have a confusion in later shilla, and maybe Golpum can destory shilla.
