Last week I learned about the palace.

Jagyeoknu is a water clock that was invented by the great scientist, À念½Ç.

It was an automatic water clock. It was very useful because It could be used on cloudy days and at night. Common people could know what the time was using this clock.

Jagyeoknu was valuable device for common people who didn¡¯t have their own clock.

It was located in Unjong Street so whoever wanted to know the time, they just went to there.

I thought that Jagyeoknu was very important device in the Joseon Dynasty.

À念½Ç was genius even though he didn¡¯t get any education, he worked hard and never given upon himself.
