Today, I went to Namsan Hanok Village.

This is Korean traditional house.

Hanok is made of nature. Door, floor, and coulm is made of wood, and wall is made of mixture

of soil and straw.

There are 2 kinds of gates. One is lofter gate, and the other is lower gate.

Loter gate shows pride of noble man, and lower gate shows humble mind.

Male lived is sarangchae, and female lived is anchae.

Male and female quaters were seperated because of confucian ideas.

We can seperate sarangchae and anchae by kichen.

Kichen was only for anchae.

I think our ancestors are very wise. They had so many great ideas.

I think we have to be proud and respect our ancestors.
