<Changgyeong Palace>

Hello! I'm John. I'm going to talk about Changgyeong Palace.

King Seongjong made Changgyeong Palace for his mother and grandmother. However, Gyeongbok Palace and Changdeok Palace were burnt down. So, it (Changgyeong) was used as the main palace. Japan changed it to a zoo called Changgyeong-won, but it was restored in 1984.

Changgyeong Palace's main gate is Honghwa-door. It is the most beautiful gate among the five palaces in Seoul.
