 First, King Gwanggaeto 'The great' is the one. He made the territory into several directions. This is the time that Goguryeo get Man-ju area from china. Also, Gwanggaeto was very good at fight. So, he won every war between every countries. Gwanggaeto make Goguryeo into the great empire in the East Asia.

 Next, King Jang-su, the son of the Gwanggaeto is one of them, They made a golden age of Goguryeo, with his father Gwanggaeto. He made a more bigger territory that his father. He is also the great king of Goguryeo. King Jang-su moved to Pyeongyang to attack Baek-je.

 Finally, I will talk about King Sosurim. He is the king who made Tae-hak. He is the pillar of the education in 3 countries, Shinla, Baek-je, and Goguryeo. Also he made a deplomatic relationship between China. King Sosurim also adapted Buddism, too. He started to made a golden age of Goguryeo.

 I think this three kings are the best king in Goguryeo. There are other kings, but I think they are the best kings. When Goguyeo have a great kings in later, too. Goguryeo will last forever, even today. Goguryeo is the great country in Asia.
