Do yo know Unhyun Palace

Today, I went Unhyun Palace. Unhyun Palace was the personal house of Heung-seon-dae-won-gun. hi is the father of King Gojong. When his young son, Gojong, became king, he ruled Joseon on behalf of him.a 

I want to tell about to you, King Gojong and Unhyun Palace.

First, King Gojong. He was the 26th king of the Joseon Dynasty. Gojong became a king at the age of 12. In 1897, he changed the name of the country to Dae-han-je-guk and called himself Emperor. Queen Min was his wife. But she died to Japanese. They murdered Queen Min and burned her body.

Second, Unhyun Palace. Sujiksa is lacated right to the main gate Lofty gate. It is for guards and servants. Because they have to  protect  Unhyun Palace. Next building is Norak-dang. Norak-dang is the largest building in Unhyun Palace. It is women's living area. Heung-seon-dae-won-gun was died here. third building is Noan-dang. Noan-dang is Men' area. Norak-dang and Noan-dang's big difference is Norak-dang has kitchen. Because, in Joseon Dynasty, women only cook. Last building is Iro-dang. Iro-dang is another Anche. In other word, Anche is women's living area. After, Heung-seon-dae-won-gun was died, Heung-seon-dae-won-gun's family lived in here. This is finish of my travel.

I hope, next time, I want to go Unheon Palace again.
