Last time, we went to Goryeo, and today, we will reveal the secrets of Joseon, specifically.

First, we will look closely about the foundation of Joseon dynasty. Lee Seoung Gae established Joseon in 1392. In fact, he was Goryeo person, however, he didn't like so he changed and made new country. This country is Joseon. At first, Joseon established VERY peacefully, but because of Japanese invasion, we lost our power. So, Joseon lasted for 519 years, Joseon ruled people based on confucianism and administration.

Second, we will talk about capital, which is Hanyang. Hanyang was chosen to capital because of good location. In the back, there were mountains, and it was good for protecting people and palaces. Alos, in the front, there were rivers, so it was good for agriculture. Hanyang is now our capital too, just we changed the name to Seoul. I'm very proud that Hanyang lasted until now.

Lastly, we really have to know the great king. Before I tell you great king, I will interview one person. Stella, who do you think was great king in Joseon? Stella : Of course, King Sejong!

Yes. Sejong was the greatest king of all. It's probably because of Hangle. He created our own language, Hangle, and I'm very proud of it. I think it's very shame to use other countries language in Korea. Also, imagine if we use Chinese character. My head will explode.
