Today I went to Gyeongbok Palace. Gyeongbok Place is one of the 5palaces during Joseon Dynasty. It was also first paalace of Joseon Dynasty. To go to main place whis is Geun Jeong Jeon we have to go through 금천bridge. 금천bridge is build to clean our mind to meet king. Sa jeong Jeon is the private office of the king. The Jeong is represent politics. Gang Neong Jeon is king's room. He stayed alone in here. The special thing of this building is there is no furniture and there is no dragon ridge. The reason is because assasinators can hide inside or behind the furniture and muder the king and dragon is symbol of the king and king don't have to be two thus, in Gang Neong Jeon there is no dragon ridge. On the other hand, Gyo Tae Jeon is for queen. There is also beautiful garden called Ahmisan behind this building. I want to live in Gyo Tae Jeon because I want to get my own garden also my own room. Moreover, Ja Gyeong Heon is for king's mother. Heungseon De won gun built it for his mother. There are ten symbols which are meant everlasting life. I think his mother was so happy that his son made it for her. From visiting Gyeongbok Palace I was very fun and meaningful because I learn more about that I didn't know before. Also, I feel that I have to get more concern about our own history. |
