Today, I went to Gyeongbok Palace. There were five great palaces during Joseon dynasty. Gyeongbok Palacewas the main palace and the biggest palace among the five palaces.

  There are many buildings in Gyeongbok Palce. Some of them are Geunjeongjeon, Sajeongjeon, Gangneonggeon, and Gyotaejeon. Geunjeongjeon is the main building of this palace. This building was for the ceremonies, such as coronations, royal weddings, and Chinese envoy receptions. Sajeongjeon is the private office of the king. The king and his officers studied here together. Gangneongjeon is the king's living quarter. The king rested after working. Also, he discussed national affairs with other officers. Gyotaejeon is the living quarters of the queen. It is deep inside the palace and it has a beautiful garden name Amisan. Gyotaejeon has a garden because the queen can't go out the palace easily.

  If I have to live in one palace, I would live rather in Gyeongbok Palace than other four palaces because Gyeongbok Palace is the main palace and it is the biggest palace. Also, I like the beautiful Gyeonghweru. I thought that Gyeongbok Palace is the greatest place that I have ever been. I want to introduce this Gyeongbok Palace to other foreigners.
