Today I went to The War Memorial of Korea.
It was a really fun experience, and I learned about a lot of Korean Wars.
One of the battle that impressed me the most was The Great Victory Against Sui china. This battle is considered to be one of the three greatest victories in Korean military history.

In 612 CE, Sui china invaded Goguryeo with one million soldiers, but Goguryeo was able to defeat them. The Sui emperor was deeply angered, so he formed elite army of 300,000men to attack Goguryeo's capital. The army was led by famous general, Yu Zhongwen. Goguryeo also had great general, Eulji Mundeok. He did not fight against the Sui soldiers directly, so Sui army was very tired. When they reached the Salsu, the water was high. Then Eulji Mundeok attacked Sui army. Many Sui soldiers died and only 2,700 Sui soldiers survived the battle.

I had a great time at The War Memorial of Korea. I learned about the War of Korea and I had a lot of fun. I recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about the War of Korea.
