<The National Folk Museum of Korea>
Hello, everyone? My name is Angela. Today (it is not today, anyways) I went to The National Folk Museum of Korea. I saw many things there. Please read my essay.
I have been here for 2 times before, but, I wasn't bored of it. If I go into the museum more than once, I almost don't like it, however, I was not bored. In this museum, we could see many treasures of each countries. For instance, we could see the trapitaka coreana, wish on the rock, and so on. Anyways, I thought The National Folk Museum is a place to experience our people's historical life and this museum is inside Gyeongbok Palace. There were three pavilions.
The first pavilion was about the history and culture from prehistoric period until now. From the paleolithic period to south and north period, it exhibits the develop of selling and the class happening. Many things were different from today even though it's the proper way.
The second pavilion was about the life of the Koreans. If shows the life of Koreans in spring, summer, fall, and winter. There are many differences in the different seasons. In spring, they prayed for this year's fortune. In summer, they made clothings and cared about water. In addition, in fall, they repaired their house. Thus, in winter, they made clothings again and made kimchi.
The last pavilion was about from born to die. First, a child borns. Next, the child grows and get educated. Third, the child get married and last, the child dies. This was common people's life and there were other celebrities, such as being 60 years old, however, most people grew up like this way.
In conclusion, I totally like this museum, so I think some people that haven't been to this museum would have a great time. I think there would be no problems and have a nice day~!! ^^
