Today, I went to War Memorial of Korea. I saw many things, but among those things, Smoke Signal Station and Hwa-rang's five rules were most impressive to me.I will talk about the smoke signal station, first.
Joseon people used smoke signal, another name of Bong su, for communication. ♬When we see Bong Su first, maybe we wil think that is chimney. They used smoke at daytime, and used fire in night. But sometimes maybe they couldn't see the smoke in daytime, and they couldn't see the fire in night.If there is 1 smoke, it means normal condition, 2 smokes, it means the enemy is preparing for war, 3 smokes, it means the enemy is near the border, 4 smokes, it means the enemy has crossed the border, and lastly, 5 smokes, it means that it is time to fight. Secondly, I will talk about Hwa-rang's 5 rules. They are loyalty to the country, they should be good to their parents, tryst among friends, never retreat in battle, and lastly, do not kill anything without reason. One of the outstanding Hwa-rang is Kim you shin.  Many people will admire him. I admire him, too. Almost all of the Hwa-rang is son of royal families or noblemen.
There were many things to see in War memorial of Korea such as Salsu battle, a story about Joseon, Goryea dynasty, etc. I wanted to vome here some more with my friends and family.  |
