Hello, my name is Kevin oh. Today I'd like to tell you about Unhyungung Palace. Unhyun Palace was a personal house of Heung-seon Dae-won-gun, the father of King Gojong. King Gojong lived here until age 12, when he became a king. In palace, first we saw a Su-Jik-Sa. Su-Jik-Sa was a place where servants and guards stayed here. Next, we saw a Noan-Dang. Noan-Dang was a Sarangche fo man. Men stayed here by sleeping and studying.Next ,we saw the Norak-Dang. This place was a Anche where the women lived. In here Empress Meong- seong recieved lessons here to become a Empress. Also, the wedding ceremony was played in here too. This place was known as where Heung-seon Dae-won-gun died. At last we saw a Iro-Dang. This place was rebuilt because King Gojong became a Emperor Hyeung- seon Dae-won- gun couldn't go to the palace. Then we saw a lower gate and lofty gate. Lower gate was made because they wanted to show the polite by lower their body and go inside. Also, we saw the Ondol system. I was surprised because there was a machine that was similar as a hitter. Now, I could know that our history was very modernized and became better.
