Hello everyone, my name is 이나예.
Today Gyeongungung Palace.
The original name of Deoksugung Palace was Gyeongungung.
The name was changed by Japanese.
Inside 경운궁 there is a lot of wonderful buildings a lot.
대한문 is the main gate of 경운궁.중화전 was the most important building because it was the place for events.
Also, 석어당 is the only two story building in the palace. Inmok, the queen Mother was locked here.
In 경운궁, there is 즉조당, 함녕전, 덕흥전, 석조전 and many other wonderful buildings a lot.
Now I will talk about King 고종's coffee.
고종 always enjoyed coffee in 정관헌.
When coffee first imported in Korea, people didn't know how to drink coffee.
So,when 고종's officials drank hot coffee, the official poured it into a small liquor glass and drank it that way.
It was very funny.
MOST interested building was 대한문. BEcause this gate looks very gorgeous.
It was a great trip to 경운궁.
