<A trip to Seoul Museum of History>

-Today, I went to Seoul Museum of History. I said 'Hellos' to my friend and started the trip to Seoul's history. The first thing I learned was why the capital of Korea was moved to Gagyeng to Hanyang. At that time, the king was 'Taejo.' Taejo moved the capital to Hanyang to change the looks and move newly. Because there is Han-river flowing, it is comfortable to get water and to move over water. Hanyang is located at the center of Korea. Because Hanyang is surrounded by lots of mountains, it is easy to protect Korea from other countries. There are also lots of big plains too!

I also learned about 'Hopae.' Hopae is an identical card(id).There are two parts of a Hopae. On the front, there are name, class, date of birth written. On the back, the date of issues are written.

I learned lots of other things but my most memorable thing is about the embroidered patch with the patterns of different types of animals, Hyung-Bae. Only the King and the crown prince could have a dragon pattern. The civil officers could have a crown pattern that represents integrity. The military officers have tiger patterns that symbolizes bravery.
