Namsan Korean Traditional Village was built in the harmony of the nature, because it made of the nature friendly resources.
In this village, four parts which divided the Hanok. First, 사랑채. This is for men and primary library. Second, there is 안채 which is for women. The reason why men and women are separated is because of Confucianism(유교). Joseon dynasty had followed Confucianism(유교). In this religion, girls and boys have to be separated, so Hanok had effected from Confucianism(유교). And there is a place for servant which is called 행랑채. Last, because of Confucian ideas, people have to show their worship to the ancestors in the shrine.
And there is just one more thing that I felt suprised about the well!! In Joseon dynasty, having enough water was very difficult, so the house which had the well had high financial ability.
After I went to the Hanok Village, I felt that our ancestors were very intelligent, because they didn't show the things in direct way, indirect way. So I felt fun while finding the true meaning of the things. |
