Today, I went to the Seoul museum of history.
First, I will tell you about Hanyang(한양). King Teajo(태조)chose Hanyang(한양) for the capital because there is Han river(한강) in the Hanyang(한양) so we could fish and farm. Now, I will tell you about six place of Hanyang(한양). First place is Bukchon(북촌), which is the affluent neighborhood. Second place is 6jo street(6조거리), which is the backbone of state administration. Third place is Woonjongga(운종가), which is the commercial center of Josen(조선). Forth place is the Jungchon(중촌), which is the community of technical specialist. Fifth place is Namchon(남촌), which is the bedrock of Hanyang(한양)society. Finally place is SeongJashipli(성저십리), which is 10-li radius outsde the city walls.
Second, I will tell tou about the order of marrige. First, husbane gave woodduck to wife's house. Second, they bow each other. Finally, they drank alcho for three times. In that time, woman/man couldn't choose their husband/wife. Just their parents chose the woman/man's husband/wife. However, today, we can choose our husband/wife. |
