my trip to Seoul Museaum of history

Our history is so long and had many kinds. But I like present age history. I was kind f disappointed. Beacuse today we were going to learn about 'The Joseon Capital' I wondered. How fun can it be~

Teacher's explantion had beguned. I let out a big yawn. "in 1394, king Taje chose Hanyang as the new capital according to Korean tradition. feng shui, and Confucianism. Hanyang was the center of polities, economy, and culture." My teacher's word flowed into my ears. And flow back out again. There was a loud flash on the front of my face. Ha! My friend said. "Hey get back here!" Soon the two of us began to have fun at taking picture of artifacts. I just started taking pictures just because it look facinating. But soon I was listening. looking. My ear had opened on it's own.

The street leading up to Gwanghwamun, the main gate of Gyeaongbokgung, was called yukjogeori(Six Ministries Street) Because the compounds for the government offices lined the east and west side. This street was where many of the government officials came to work and it was the way to reach Gyeongbokgung.

Hanyang became bigger as the population continued to grow. Licnsed stores were at the heart of the city's trading network. These sijeon had to obtain government permission to operate, and in return they were given exclusive rights to supply the items they handled to the royal palaces and government offices. Instead of displaying their goods outside, middlemen called yeoriggun stood outside to introduce customers to the stores.

One of the Affluent Neighborhood is called Bukchon. It has been a traditional residential district for 600 years. It is located between Gyeongbokgung to the west and CHandeokgung to the east, and it overlooks Chunggyecheon to the south. Because of this location, Bukchon is the best place to live in accordance with feng shui, therefore royal families and high lever officials lived here

And also there is the Jungchon whichis the Community of Technical Specialist, and namchon the bedrock of Hanyang Socity. And we didn't see it really~ but I want introduce Smoke Signal Stations. Becuase I already know about it. These were put in place to alert the king and  the people about emergency situation, such as war, by using smoke and fire signals. There are many other things I like to tell you, but my fingers would be a little wick don't you think? There is just one more thing it is Embroidered Patterns. It got many kinds. Cran, white tigers and all the other animals.

Official uniforms had an embroidered patch on the chest called hyungbae. Hyungbae had different animal patterns based on class. Only the king and crown prince could have a dragon pattern. Civil officers had crane patterns, which symbolized intergrity. Military officers had tiger patterns, which represented bravery.

I figure out that I was enjoying myself. Maybe this history is not bad after all infact I was loving it, Is this what trips are? knowing things and enjoying? Maybe it is.
