Today, I went to the National Folk Museum.

This place is located in Gyeongbokhgung Palace.  We can learn about Korean Life Style.

They carved tigers, rabbits, bears, whales, turtles, and fish. Gyeongju was the capital of Shilla kingdom for thousand years.

First, I will tell you about Palmandaejanggyyeong. It was during the Goryeo period.

People made this to use Buddha from Mongolia's invasion.

Second, Goryeo people couldn't speak and write Chinese so king Sejong ordered to Jang Yeong Sil to make easy words. So he invented Hunminjeongum. This means "Proper sounds to instruct the people."

I think Jang Yeong Sil is so smart.

I've heard that Hunminjeongum is very scientific letters all over the world.

I respect my ancestors and I am very proud of my language.
