As front of my presentation, I want to say that I'll retry for this presentation essay contest untill I get a gift certificate. Now, I'll start the presentation of visiting National Museum of Korea. I'm going to explain history from the prehistoric age to Unified Silla age. I'm honestly didn't copy and pasted the text book, and that means it is pure presentation on myself. In prehistoric age, we can devide it to paleolithic period and neolithic period. At paleolithic period, people used chipped stone, and they hunted and just did a feild farming, but in neolithic period, people used grinded stone, and both did feild farming and rice paddy farming. After prehistoric age, the later half of Bronze age after neolithic period, there was Gojoseon, and another later half passed, there were Buyeo, Okjeo, Dongyae, and three Hans. Later that dynasty, there came Goguryeo, Baekjae and Silla. Goguryeo was first established of three dynasties by Jumong, Baekjae was established second by Jumong's third son Onjo, and Silla was established by Bakhyukgusae, who came out from an egg. In Goguryeo, there was 4 imaginary animal that was protecting it, it's name was Blue dragon, Black tortoise and serpant, Red Phoneix, and White tiger. Baekjae had bronze incense burner, that represents sky for phoneix, paradise for people and animals and sea for dragon. Also Baekjae gave a seven-branched sword to Japan for peace between two dynasties, not for fightings. Last dynasty, Silla had many crowns. In the world there are 10 crowns, and 8 are found in Korea. 6 is found in Silla, and 2 is on Gaya. I think three Kingdoms age was brilliant age. Goguryeo was viliant and vigor, Baekjae was elegant and polished, and Silla was simple and harmony. After three kingdom age, a Silla unify all three dynasties and Balhae establish, new age called unified Silla age started. Without these awesome dynasties, there won't be todays global Korea. Thanking for them, the brilliant dynasties, I'll finish presenting about Prehistorical age to Unified Silla age's history at National museum of Korea. |
