Today, I went to Hansung Baekjae museum.There is a lot of information about Baekjae in this museum,but I will explain just seven construction methods of various tombs.

First,coffin tomb.Dig into the ground, lay the coffin, and cover with earth.

Second,Outer coffin tomb.Dig into the ground,  lay the outer coffin in where the coffin was put in, and cover with earth.

Third, Earthen tomb. Lay the coffin or the outer coffin on the ground and cover with earth.

Fourth,Stone-piled wooden tomb.Cover the coffin or the outer coffin with stones.

Fifth,Jar tomb.  Use a big clay jar instead of a coffin and bury it in the ground.

Sixth,cavetype of stone tomb. After making a square room, cover the room with earth.

Lastly, Cavetype of block tomb. After making a square room, cover the room with brick.

Among them,  the safest tomb is cavetype of block tomb.

Others are easy to be stolen by tomb thieves.

So many artifacts were stolen. But our ancesters tried to protect the artifacts. I want to follow their efforts.
