Where was Heungseon Daewongun's personal house? Yes, it is Unhyungung Palace. To know about Unhyungung Palace, we should go back to learn about Korean history. Andong Kim's clan controlled the royal family for about 60years. Heungseon Daewongun was left alone by Andong Kim's clan because he hung out with gansters and pretended to be a fool. Heungseon Daewongun's wife is 부대부인,and their son is King Gojong. King Gojong called Korea to Daehanjeguk(대한제국), and called himself Emperor.His wife is Empress Myeongseoung, and she wanted to have relationships with Russia. But Japanese didn't like that idea, so they murdered Empress Myeongseoung, and burned her body.These people I introduced were the owner of Unhyungung Palace, who were the royal family. In Unhyungung Palace, there are Sujiksa(수직사), Noandang(노안당), Norakdang, and Irodang(이로당). Sujiksa is for servants and guards, Noandang for Heungseon Daewongun which is the Sarangchae, Norakdang for Empress Myeongseoung which is the Anchae, and Irodang for Heungseon Daewongun's family which is the secondary Anchae.
