Museum of Natural History
Today,I went to the musieum of natural history.
In the first floor , there was a large skelaton of Acrocanthosaurus in the middle, and it was interesting, because those bones looked just like the very scary carnivore. Also, we tour around the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor. In hte 2nd floor, we learned about the living creatures on earth, like fish, insects, dinosaurs. We can divide the dinosaurs into carnivore, those who eat meat, and harbivores, those who eat grass and leaves. First, we cand divide them with their teeth. The carnivores have sharp teeth, because they have to eat meat, and also some part of the meat are very strong, so they need strong and sharp teeth. The harbivores have smooth teeth because they eat grass and leaves. Second, we can divide them with their paws. Carnivores have sharp paws, because they have to catch the animal, but harbivores have smooth paws because they don't have to eat meat.
In the 3rd floor, we learn about the planets in the solar system, how the universe created like that.
We saw the 8 planets in the solar system like: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupitar, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. And Earth is the only planet that creatures lives. Also, universe was created because of the Big Bang. Cyanobacteria made oxygen by photosynthesis. And it was really interesting, too.
Personally, I like the stories about universe, than the stories about the dinosaurs. Because creation of the universe, and earth like that, all things are very wonderful, and it's amazing! Dinosaurs are wonderful too, but I think universe is more interesting than the stories about the dinosaurs. It's also because dinosaurs don't exist now, but universe is now existing, so we can know more about the universe and the other things in the future, too. I learned many things today.
Thank you~
