Today, we went to Namsan Hanok Village. There, we could see how people used to live during the Chosun dynasty. I think the most interesting thing I learned about was how they used to build Hanoks not using any nails because the nails would permanently damage the wood, making it very hard to rebuild the houses later. Facts that I would normally not pay deep attention to in a book, like how noblemen used to have their bathrooms far away from their house, so instead, they had chamber pots to use as a toilet, were easier to understand because I could actually see where everything was. If I ever had a chance to come here again, I definitely would.
